Recent feedback

Thank you to all of our passengers who took the time to speak with the senior team at London Victoria Station on 31 January 2019. At the request of our passengers, this was the first afternoon peak session for 2019.

Feedback themes from the latest session are detailed below.

Aside from a few isolated route performance issues highlighted by customers, all of which have been taken forward to the appropriate people, many attendees were kind enough to praise recent performance levels, particularly since the launch of our Winter timetable in December.

As with all timetable changes, a route by route review of performance is being undertaken with a view to addressing any consistent time losses, cancellations, infrastructure issues etc.
